At Repêchage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional skincare experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused or lightly used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our Customer Excellence team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

Ship It Back

Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
